Bali Villas 4 bedrooms is perfectly positioned along the southwest coast of Bali, overlooking the Indian Ocean, on the grounds of the 100 hectare Nirwana Bali Resort, featuring the five star Le Meridien hotel complex and the prestigious Nirwana Bali Golf Course, designed by former world number one, Greg Norman.

Villa Samudera is located only 50 minutes from Bali’s International airport. In addition, the shopping area of Kuta and the upscale shopping and dining district of Seminyak, where one can experience world class restaurants and bars, is only a 25 minute drive away.

Villa Samudera, with its 180 degree view of the Indian Ocean, overlooks the spectacular 13th fairway of the golf course, and offers its guests a truly memorable stay in a modern Balinese setting.

On arrival at Villa Samudera, you will enter traditional style Balinese gates, which lead to a small landscaped garden and fish pond. The ground floor of the villa offers an open-plan living and dining area, which features large windows and glass doors allowing substantial light inside and views to the garden, bale bengong, private plunge pool and ocean. The villa has a spacious modern kitchen, overlooking the dining area, and is equipped with an oven, cook-top, refrigerator and microwave.

A large bedroom, with separate entrance, is located downstairs and features a queen sized bed and an adjoining large bathroom featuring natural black stone, with a raindrop shower head.

The second level is accessed by a marble staircase, which leads to three additional bedrooms. Bedroom three features two twin beds and shares an outdoor balcony area with the second bedroom, which is equipped with a queen sized bed. There is a shared bathroom, with a large double showerhead glass enclosure and a double sink vanity.

The master bedroom is spacious, with two French doors, leading to a wooden balcony and offering expansive views to the Indian Ocean. There are double doors, which access a large, marble bathroom en-suite, with bathtub, separate shower, toilet and dressing area. A large panoramic window over the bath tub, provides both views of the ocean and significant natural light into the bathroom.

For security, there is a safe deposit box in the master bedroom. Just outside the master bedroom, there is a small office area, with telephone line and computer access.

On the second level of the villa, there is a large open-air living area, connecting to a wooden balcony, which offers breathtaking views over the 13th fairway of the golf course and the Indian Ocean. This area is furnished with loungers and dining furniture and makes it a perfect setting for entertaining or evening drinks.

Villa Samudera is fully staffed with two housekeepers, a cook, gardener/ pool attendant. Additionally, 24 hour security is provided by Bali Nirwana Resort. Additional facilities in Villa Samudera include: IDD telephone, [42 inch] plasma television with satellite channels, DVD player, IPOD docking, a 4-seater electric golf buggy for use around the resort, as well as 24 hour room service provided by Le Meridien Resort.

Guests staying at Villa Samudera enjoy complimentary access to Le Meridien’s many facilities, including a lagoon swimming pool, water slide, kids club, tennis, squash courts, bicycles and fully equipped fitness center. Golf resident rates are also extended. The resort has a full service business center, where wireless internet access is available at a fee. Spa treatments are available at the resort or simply refer to the spa treatment menu for villa massages. A car and driver can also be arranged, upon request.
